We will talk, we will breathe, we will practice together some gentle (seated) energetic practices: some of the most important we can engage in currently as part of our upgraded Self care. Can any one of us argue that this is no longer a luxury, but a necessity right now? Psychology has been for many years now, accepted, lauded, and more people now than ever are on medication in the west. And we have MORE mental health strain than ever. We need something beyond psychology. This is not a psychological universe. It's a spiritual one. Humans walk two planes: the physical and the non-physical. Just as much as we take care of the physical it is ESSENTIAL we learn to care for our spiritual bodies. The physical is like the caboose on the train. The non-physical (or spiritual) is the engine. If you're having difficulty with the runaway train of your mind/life, there are simple (though not always easy) ways to take back the controls.
